The Surf Shack is a large one-room building, open in the back. Walls are Board and Battan. The Shack has two doors and 4 acrylic windows with window frames inside and out. The roof is corrugated, has rafters and sits on top of the walls for an open-air effect, to let the ocean breeze through. The shack sits on pilings to avoid high tides and there are two porches with steps.
The kit is simple but can be very colorful depending on how you choose to decorate it. The pilings are pre-aged. The kit also includes a kit for two (2) surf Boards. For the 1⁄4” scale version, a palm tree is provided, and efforts are being made to include a palm tree in the 1⁄2” scale kit as well, pending suitable availability.
